Power Basics

  • Whether you’re new or just want a refresher on the fundamentals of the Baptiste Power flow, this class is for you. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the Journey Into Power flow while offering additional cues to help you create a solid foundation for your practice. 

    Remember, Child’s pose is always on offer.

Hot Power

  • The room is heated to 95 degrees.

  • All-Levels

  • Designed for every body and all levels of yoga practitioners, this dynamic practice takes you through the Baptiste Power Yoga Journey Into Power flow.

    With a focus on alignment, building heat, and breath, the practice is accessible, powerful, and sweaty!

    Classes are 60 or 75 minutes.


Yin

  • The room is kept warm, but not hot.

  • All-Levels

  • This class offers a soothing combination of meditative flow, extended holds, and deep stretches, perfect for melting away the stress of your week. It's the ultimate way to relax and recharge.
