Children 12 years and older are welcome to attend class.
Kids ages 12-15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

We take all major cards except American Express.
We do not accept gift cards as a form of payment (except our own).

A yoga mat, a towel, and water.
Important for New Students: Please present a valid government-issued photo ID at the front desk upon your first visit.
No mat? No problem! You can rent one from us.
Hot power yoga is a high-energy, sweat-filled experience, which can make mats slippery. Be sure to bring a towel, or rent one from us.
We offer water fountains where you can refill your bottle and a selection of beverages for purchase. All personal items should be stored in our cubbies, so we suggest bringing just the essentials.
To maintain a distraction-free environment, cell phones are not allowed in the studio

To maintain the safety and security of everyone in our community, we kindly ask all participants to arrive on time, as our doors are locked promptly at the start of each class.
We strive to respect your schedule by ensuring classes begin and end on time. Our team is here to help you settle in efficiently so you can enjoy your practice without delay.
When booking a class, please plan accordingly, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

If it’s your first time visiting, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the class begins.
This extra time allows you to check in at the front desk, complete a new-student waiver, and get familiar with our teachers, staff, and studio.
Arriving early is always a great idea—it gives you a chance to sign in, greet your friends, settle onto your mat, and prepare to dive into your practice!

Opt for comfortable, breathable clothing that you’re okay getting sweaty in!
Bringing a change of clothes for after class is always a good idea.

Our studio is heated to 95 degrees, creating a fun and sweaty practice environment.
The combination of heat, humidity, and the intensity of the movements will get you sweating, so it’s essential to stay hydrated before class.

You’re not alone—we’ve all been there when starting out! The most important step is simply showing up and getting on your mat for the first time.
All of our classes welcome beginners, and we’re here to offer modifications that meet your needs.
You don’t need to be super flexible to start this practice. Over time, we’ll help you develop both strength and flexibility at a pace that works for you.

We kindly ask that cancellations be made as early as possible.
If a class is fully booked and you have not checked in at least 5 minutes before it begins, your spot may be forfeited.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Classes: Discounted classes or packages are non-refundable.
Workshops: Payments for workshops are non-refundable, but the amount can be applied as a credit for future use.
Retail Items: Returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unworn, and remain in their original packaging.
